At Ezrielle, we hope you love every piece you receive. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
14-Day Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Be free from stains, makeup, perfume, odors, or signs of wear
- Have no damage, tears, or alterations
- Include all original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

- Your order number
- The email used to place the order
- The reason for your return
Our team will provide you with the return instructions.
Please do not return any items without first contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
